We prioritise helping you achieve an ideal body fat percentage (a healthy weight) first. This isn’t just for looks - it puts you in the best position, health-wise, to achieve AMAZING results, because your body simply works better when you’re healthy. So if you want to get SHREDDED or STRONG AF, it’s the stepping stone that is required. We’ll get you there!
Losing fat and gaining muscle is a science - which means it’s repeatable with the correct methods. We are professionally educated and highly experienced in this science.
We’ve been helping people lose fat and/or gain muscle since June 2011.

We’ll have a 30-minute chat to learn about you, your goals, and your experience. We’ll assess how we can help you.
This call is completely free and has no obligations.
We’ll answer your questions and explain how the coaching process works. By the end of the call, you’ll know whether you want to get started - and if you do, we’ll set you up immediately (the next step explains how).

Now we’ll get you set up on our coaching app. This is where we’ll communicate directly about everything related to the goals we’ve set together. You’ll receive weekly check-ins, motivational messages, informative resources, and most importantly your personalised plan, with direct communication with your coach via text, voice notes, and video messages. You’ll be set up for success. The first week will be an adjustment phase to fine-tune your nutrition and training. After that, we’ll focus more aggressively on helping you reach your ideal body weight.

Now that you’re in your ideal healthy window, it’s time to push for greatness - To reach levels of fitness you didn’t think were possible for you perhaps. Keep learning, growing, and upskilling with direct guidance from your coach and access to our curated resources. Once you’re here, you’ll feel so good you’ll wonder why more people aren’t doing it. Because the truth is - it feels incredible to feel this good.

Brendan Burchall
While many coaches rely on enhanced physiques to attract business, Brendan’s approach is different. He has remained natural throughout his entire training and coaching career—not to make a statement, but because he believes in health-first, sustainable results. His coaching reflects the same principles he lives by: consistency, integrity, and a long-term approach to strength and wellbeing.
Qualified since 2011 in Fitness with a Certificate III, IV and Diploma, plus further professional development including units in sport and exercise science at Victoria University.
Brendan has experience working with people with special needs, absolute beginners, and elite athletes across a range of disciplines - including endurance motocross, horse riding, snowboarding, field sports, powerlifting and more.
With a wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom, Brendan is not only highly competent in his role - he also practises what he preaches, having trained 4–6 times a week since the week he turned 18 back in 2006.
WHY WE WENT ONLINE
Simply put, we think it would be irresponsible not to coach online.
With a plethora of misinformation and many unqualified coaches out there, we felt obligated to do our part. Unfortunately, unqualified coaches are often unaware of the potential risks in their guidance.
That won’t happen with us -we’re realists and we’ll inform you of dangerous training practices when we see them.
After over a decade of face-to-face personal training, we’ve learned that our ability to help is limited by time. If someone can only train at 6pm and that time slot is booked, it’s too bad.
But with online coaching, you get the flexibility to train on your own schedule - and that’s a win for everyone.
