PAIN: can be worked around, yes it’s scary! But finding your safe level of exercise can stop pain in it’s tracks and sometimes reduce it for better quality of living.
INJURIES: Areoften a part of life, and regaining pre-injured levels of health is possible in most cases and improving your quality of living with the injury is always possible.
STIFFNESS: Tends to creep in so slowly we don’t notice it until we reach for something and it feels horrible. Motion is lotion! Learn to move well and feel improvements week on week.

MOMENTUM: You have motivation, disciplin and strong values but lack concistency? A regular Personal Training session creates accountability and we make it fun so you want to exercise even more.
TECHNIQUE: Learn how to perform barbell, dumbbell, cable and body weight exercises optimally. Better form will not only improve your outcomes, but puts less unwanted wear on joints & ligaments. Best form will transfer to other sports, skills and general living.
Sometimes the options don’t feel relevant? Go back if you want, there is no wrong path. I hope you can find your best starting point soon. Everyone deserves to access exercise.
