In most cases, training can stop pain progressing,

and in some reduce or resolve it.

Pain is a mechanical signal, not a permanent handicap. If you’ve reached this point, you aren't just "sore", you’re limited. Whether it’s a nagging shoulder on bench press or a lower back that flares up more often than you’d like; "resting and hoping" isn't a strategy. We’re going to audit your movement, identify the technical leaks, and rebuild you from the ground up.

  • Before we add weight, we check the fundimentals. We can cover almost all the movements the human body is capable of by assessing 9 primary movements. These movements transfer into real world situations and we can quickly identify what muscles and/or joints aren’t functioning properly.

  • There is no ego here. If a movement hurts, we don’t "push through it." We find the strongest version of that movement you can do pain-free. Even if that means changing the range of motion or the tempo. This keeps you training while the tissue adapts and heals. An intoduction to safe movement will build your trust in exercise and start building your capacity, which quickly compounds.

  • Pain often comes from doing too much, too soon, with too little recovery. We look at your current "Loadout", your sets, reps, and frequency and optimize it so you’re stimulating growth without redlining any of your bodies systems.

  • I am a Fitness Specialist, not a Physiotherapist. If your injury requires a medical diagnosis or manual therapy, I’ll tell you.

    My job is the "Bridge Phase": taking you from "cleared by the doc" to "stronger than you were before the injury" through precise Exercise Science.

  • The goal isn't just to get back to zero; it’s to build "Armor." We focus on accessory work. Strengthening the stabilisers, the rotators, and the neglected muscles. That prevents the same breakdown from happening six months from now. And I want you to have the knowledge to navigate similar challanges for life.
