We work so hard in so many areas of our life and the reality is that, the fitter we are, the healthier we are, the easier life is so we can actually enjoy our time more often and with more ease.

We don’t lift heavy, run hard for the sake of it being hard. We build a body that is higher performing so medial tasks are exactly that… medial. If you want to run with a child, friend, or pet… it’s pretty amazing to not be wiped out. Or just pick something up without feeling like something is going to pack in. We aren’t meant to be that fragile and becoming fit is absolutly invigirating.
