Brendan has been coaching since 2011, but his real gift is understanding people, not just programming. With qualifications in Fitness (Cert III & IV, Diploma), and university-level education in exercise science, Brendan brings both expertise and empathy to the table.
He’s worked with beginners, elite athletes, people with disabilities, and everyone in between. Whether it’s powerlifting, motocross, snowboarding, or walking into the gym for the first time, he meets each person with patience, precision, and perspective.
Brendan has trained consistently since 2006, always staying natural and grounded in his health-first approach. His coaching philosophy? Be the coach you needed when you were lost.

With so much noise, confusion, and shallow fitness advice out there, we chose to go online to reach more people with real coaching, the kind that doesn’t just tell you what to do, but helps you understand yourself in the process.
After over a decade of face-to-face personal training, we realised our biggest impact came through consistent communication, personalised feedback, and creating tools that people could use anytime, anywhere.
